This picture is from the white coat ceremony that I've gotten the privilege to be a part of since freshman year. The white coat ceremony is used to honor 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year Bio-med students who have completed the requirements of the program. It has been through the Bio-med program that I have found my love and passion for the healthcare field. It is a rigorous course that gives students exposure to different healthcare professions along with allowing students to get out into the community to get real life experience.

This picture is an example of what I do at my Co-Op job at H2Health. In this particular picture I am fixing a cervical heat pack for a patient. The experience I have gotten in the Physical Therapy field has been very beneficial in allowing me to better understand the profession. I have enjoyed it so much and have become so passionate about it that I even changed my major from Nursing to Exercise Science, PRE-PT.

As a softball player my favorite part is getting to see little kids who have the same love for the sport that I did when I was that age. It's easy to get caught up in the wins and loses and sometimes you forget to have fun. Seeing the kids who just have love for the game reminds us of the reason we all started playing in the first place. The girls pictured are from the 2019 softball camp which was the largest turnout that we've had.
